Mr. Muenkel obtained his Bachelors degree from St. Johns University in 1967, and his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1970. He has been practicing law in the Buffalo area since 1971, and joined Rosenthal, Siegel, & Muenkel in 1972, becoming a partner in 1977. He has extensive experience in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury.
Mr. Muenkel is an active member of the New York State and American Bar Associations’ Negligence Committees, as well as the New York State Bar Association Medical Malpractice Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Erie County Bar Association; New York State Bar Association; American Trial Lawyers Association; New York State Trial Lawyers Association; and Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
