PRACTICE
AREAS: Mr. Rosenthal obtained his bachelors degree with honors from Alfred University in 1952, and his law degree from Cornell University in 1955. After military service, Mr. Rosenthal returned to Buffalo and was one of the founding partners of Rosenthal, Siegel, & Muenkel. He concentrates his practice on personal injury claims and wrongful death actions involving motor vehicle accidents, as well as products liability and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Rosenthal has previously served as the District Governor of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association; as a member of the Board of Directors of the Erie County Bar Association; as a member of the Products Liability Committee of the New York State Bar Association; as President of the Lawyers Club of Buffalo; as Secretary of the Erie County Bar Foundation; as President of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association; and is currently an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he is a frequent speaker for the New York State Bar Association on Products Liability and Personal Injury Claims. |
